The optimized Transport of travellers: a first great step into Interurban and Rural areas to serve.
To support Public transport in interurban and rural areas - to offer to transport operators and authorities regulating transport a solution allowing them to optimize fixed lines launched on demand or demand responsive lines built “on fly”, to increase load factors and to decrease the distances driven, saving pollutant emission.
A first successful service is currently operating (since 2006) which in the territory of "Pays du Doubs Central", France.
Since summer 2006, Prorentsoft monitors the "GaleopSys ©" software in order to ensure its evolution and maintenance on the Pays du Doubs Central territory / region, which is composed of 98 towns grouped in 5 communities of towns (25000 inhabitants).
Targeted market: authorities having to manage the rural or perish-urban territories, with low densities, with overall flows and mobilities.
The service purpose is to deploy and manage a system of DRT with schedules and variable routes from all origins to all destinations with time windows used for optimization.
How does that work :

GaleopSys © is an ideal software to implement flexible and reactive services of transport in the Communities of towns or Countries, in zones with small transport volume.
